CNC machining of titanium

01

Billet

We start with a forged grade 5 titanium billet — denser than the cast alloys most watch parts come from.

02

CNC

Five-axis machining at twelve-micron tolerance. Each link is cut, not stamped. The links breathe with the wrist.

03

Brush

An anisotropic grain is hand-brushed along the long axis. It catches light like a slow river.

04

Finish

Edges are radiused by hand under loupe. PVD coatings are applied in vacuum at 200°C for the dark variants.
